Park Model RV tiny homes.

ANSI A119.5 certified, road-ready, and permit-friendly in most RV parks and rural acreage. Our park models are perfect for full-timers, seasonal stays, and rental investors who need a fast-deploy footprint.

Understanding park models

What makes a park model RV different?

Park model RVs (sometimes called “park trailers” or “PMRVs”) are factory-built recreational dwellings certified under the ANSI A119.5 standard. Unlike manufactured homes built to HUD code, park models are classified as RVs — which means simpler permitting, lower taxes in many states, and the option to relocate later.

ANSI Certified

A119.5 compliant

Every unit is inspected and certified at the factory. Required for placement in licensed RV parks and most rural jurisdictions.

Road Legal

Transportable

Built on a steel chassis with tow points. Transportable to a new lot if your plans change — no foundation demolition required.

Simpler Permits

RV classification

Classified as an RV, not real property. Often means lower property tax, faster placement, and fewer local zoning hurdles.

Park Model FAQ

Answers for park-model buyers.

Can a park model be my primary residence?

In most states and counties, yes — though classification varies. Some jurisdictions require a minimum stay, a tie-down permit, or a utility hookup certification. Our team helps determine what your specific lot allows.

Do park models come with a warranty?

Yes. Every park model we deliver includes a 1-year builder’s structural warranty, manufacturer warranties on appliances and HVAC, and coverage for certified electrical/plumbing systems.

Do I need to tow it myself?

No. Delivery and professional setup are included (free within 1,000 miles of our Texas workshop). We arrange licensed transport, on-site leveling, and utility hookup coordination.

How is this different from a Tiny Home on Wheels (THOW)?

THOWs are typically built to ANSI 119.5 OR to the NOAH/RVIA standard for transport, and most are under 400 sq ft. Park models are also ANSI 119.5 certified but can be up to 640 sq ft with full-size appliances and a permanent feel. Both are classified as RVs for permitting.
