Our signature models are a great starting point — but if you need a specific footprint, a layout change, off-grid systems, or a finish we don’t stock, the custom build program is for you.

How it works

Four weeks of design, ten of build.

Design call

90-minute call with our designer. Floor plan sketch, size targets, feature list, budget range. You leave with a preliminary drawing.

Refine & price

We finalize blueprints, spec appliances, price out the build, and deliver a line-item quote. Two rounds of revisions included.

Factory build

12–20 weeks of factory build time depending on scope. Weekly photo updates. Optional mid-build inspection.

04

Delivery & set

White-glove transport to your lot. Professional on-site setup. Final walk-through and owner orientation. Warranty clock starts.

240–2,000 sq ft. Single-section or double-section builds. Park model, manufactured, or ADU classifications.

Systems

Solar, cisterns, composting toilets, propane, induction, heat pumps. Off-grid or on-grid packages.

How is this different from a signature model?

Signature models are pre-engineered floor plans built 10–14 weeks. Custom builds start from your drawings or sketches and take 12–20 weeks. More flexibility, slightly longer timeline.

Is there a minimum budget?

Custom builds start around $55,000 for the shell and usually land $75–150k depending on scope. Below that budget a signature model is almost always a better value.

Can I bring my own architect?

Yes. We work from your blueprints if you have them, or start from scratch if you don’t. Either way the factory build process is the same.

Do custom builds qualify for financing?

Yes, with the same lenders as signature models. Loan amount is based on the finalized quote; progress payments typical for the factory build stage.
