We started with a simple thesis: high-end home construction should cost less per square foot, not more. We built a factory workflow in Texas that cuts waste, standardizes premium finishes, and delivers nationwide — and we’ve been refining it ever since.
Today we ship to all 50 states. Every home meets or exceeds HUD code or ANSI A119.5 certification. Every build includes premium finishes as standard. And every owner gets a 1-year structural warranty plus support from the same team that helped them pick the floor plan.
