The Hayden is a 399-square-foot park model — 1 bedroom, 1 bath, ANSI A119.5 certified, road-legal as a recreational vehicle. It's our most flexible single-bedroom floor plan and the one we ship most often to marina, RV-park, and ADU buyers.
Inside, the Hayden lives larger than its footprint suggests. A vaulted ceiling runs the length of the main living area, and a horizontal-slat railed loft above the kitchen creates a real second sleeping zone — useful for guests, kids, or a quiet office nook. A pop-up dormer adds standing room up top instead of just storage clearance.
The kitchen is built like a real one, not a galley afterthought. White shaker cabinets top and bottom, granite-pattern quartz counters with brown veining, a gray subway-tile backsplash, full-size black appliances (fridge, over-range microwave, smooth-top electric range), and a stainless double-bowl sink under a window. Tucked into the utility closet next to the fridge: a stackable washer-dryer, plumbed and pre-wired so it ships ready to run.
The bathroom is finished to the same standard. White shaker vanity with the same granite-pattern top, a framed glass-door shower stall with chrome handset, a gray subway accent strip behind the sink, and the wood-grain LVP that runs throughout. No molded one-piece RV bathroom here.
Exterior comes Hardi-style: seafoam-green upper walls, gray board-and-batten lower, white skirting, standing-seam metal roof in light gray. The covered porch ships standard with white aluminum railings, concrete steps, and a single porch light.
