Kitchen
Stainless appliances, premium cabinetry, quartz-look counters, full-size fridge, induction or gas range.
The modern-farmhouse version of our 399-sqft park-model platform. Tongue-and-groove pine ceiling, stair-accessed loft, A-frame timber porch. From $42,899.
The Cedar Ridge is the modern-farmhouse version of our 399-square-foot park-model platform — same 1BR/1BA layout as the Hayden, ANSI A119.5 certified, road-legal as a recreational vehicle. The difference is everything you see and touch.
Inside, a tongue-and-groove pine ceiling runs the length of the main living space — a real warmth signal you don't get with painted drywall. Instead of a railed sleeping loft, the Cedar Ridge ships with a stair-accessed loft up front (closed wall, real risers, black-iron railing), so it functions more like a second floor than a sleeping nook. Standing room is generous up there thanks to a pitched dormer line.
The kitchen is built around a small free-standing island with the same quartz top as the perimeter — gray-veined marble look. Cabinets are white shaker, top and bottom, with brushed-nickel pulls. Subway-tile backsplash is white (not gray like the Hayden), giving the whole kitchen a lighter feel. Appliances are stainless: top-freezer fridge, over-range microwave, smooth-top electric range. Single large-basin stainless sink under a window. Mini-split HVAC on the wall provides whisper-quiet conditioning.
Floors are dark wood-grain LVP throughout — high contrast to the white walls and pine ceiling. Plantation shutters on the porch door add a final layer of design polish.
Exterior reads as a modern farmhouse: white board-and-batten upper walls, dark-gray lower siding, black trim, and an A-frame timber-detail covered entry. Wraparound covered porch with black-metal balusters between white board-and-batten columns. Standing-seam metal roof in matte charcoal.
Same ANSI A119.5 certification, same 5% deposit, same 5.57% APR financing, same 10–14 week factory build, same free delivery within 1,000 miles of Smithville. Starting at $42,899 — the difference between the Hayden and the Cedar Ridge isn't price; it's design language. Buyers who want bright-and-coastal pick the Hayden. Buyers who want dark-and-elevated pick the Cedar Ridge.
