The Key West is a 640-square-foot park model — still 1 bedroom and 1 bath, still ANSI A119.5 certified, still road-legal as a recreational vehicle. But the extra 240 square feet over our 399-sqft platform changes everything about how it lives.
The defining feature is the central cathedral ceiling — a true peaked vault running the long axis of the home with a black-bladed ceiling fan at the apex. Combined with banks of paired transom windows on both side walls (rare on park models — most builders shortcut these), the great room reads as a real loft rather than a stretched RV interior.
The kitchen anchors one end with a peninsula breakfast bar topped in white quartz. Honey-maple shaker cabinets — warmer than the white-shaker palette in our other park models — pair with stone-look subway tile backsplash and black appliances (French-door fridge, over-range microwave, electric range). A single large-basin stainless sink sits under a small window in the back kitchen wall.
Built-in entertainment console runs along the opposite wall: floating shelves above, lower cabinets in the same honey-maple, and a black stone-look countertop spanning the length. It's the kind of feature most park models leave to aftermarket — included here as standard millwork.
Floors are distressed wood-grain LVP in a gray-brown finish. Walls are warm greige. Mini-split HVAC, recessed lighting throughout, modern fan-light combination at the cathedral peak.
Exterior is the most contemporary look in our park-model lineup: charcoal-and-black vertical metal-look panels with cedar-grain accent inset around the porch and rear gable. Sharp gabled roof in matte black. Front-facing covered porch with horizontal stainless cable railings — a premium detail you don't see on entry park models. Black-metal exterior stair to the porch.
