The Timber Ridge TR-266L Sequoia is a 399-square-foot park model — 1 bedroom, 1 bath, ANSI A119.5 certified, road-legal as a recreational vehicle. Built by Athens Park / Woodland Park, it's the Japandi-modern flavor of the 399-sqft platform — less farmhouse, more Scandinavian-natural. If the Hayden is coastal cottage and the Cedar Ridge is dark farmhouse, the Sequoia is the calm modern one.

The exterior is dual-tone and intentional. White horizontal lap siding on the broad sides, charcoal/dark-grey board-and-batten on the gable ends, and a real natural-cedar (vertical, unstained) accent panel running around the front entry area and along one side wall. Cedar bracket-supports tuck under the gable, and recessed soffit downlights wash the cedar surface in warm light at night. The roof is dark-grey standing-seam metal. It's the only model in our park-model line with this much actual wood on the exterior — most are all painted siding.

The interior carries the modern-natural story all the way through. Stained-natural vertical wood slat walls form an accent backdrop in the living area, paired with white linen curtains, sheer fabric grommet drapes, warm-brown leather tufted upholstery, and ceramic table lamps. The kitchen uses a textured-paper / linen-look wallcovering as the backsplash with floating white quartz counters, plus floating wood shelves on black L-brackets above for open storage. The standout feature is a built-in walk-in dry pantry framed by vertical wood-slat sliding/pivot doors with stained-wood interior shelves — a real pantry inside a 399-sqft footprint.
