What makes The White Casablanca different.

The White Casablanca is an 850-square-foot single-family manufactured home — 2 bedroom, 1 bath, built to HUD code, designed for foundation installation. It's the light-and-airy counterpart to The Black Casablanca: same floor plan, same built-in primary-bedroom storage, but with a warm-wood-and-white palette instead of the dark-accent treatment.

Outside, the body is all-white horizontal lap siding with light-grey board-and-batten on the gable, a white-painted timber-truss accent under the peak, white columns, and black horizontal-cable railing on the covered front porch. The roof is a dark-grey/charcoal metal — the only dark visual note on the otherwise pale exterior. Raised on cinder-block piers. The Casablanca floor plan reads completely different in this color story — less dramatic, more coastal-farmhouse.

Inside, the vault is the showpiece. A single natural-pine-stained ceiling beam (not painted — the wood grain is visible) runs the length of the living-kitchen great room. The same warm-pine stain wraps the range hood surround in tongue-and-groove cladding, and reappears on the open shelf brackets above the bar shelving — so the wood notes repeat through the room as deliberate accents rather than just a beam. White shaker cabinets perimeter and island, white quartz countertops with grey veining, stainless side-by-side fridge with water dispenser, stainless smooth-top range, stainless microwave. Industrial black-metal counter stools at the island sit against a wood-faced island base that picks up the pine-stain accents.

The primary bedroom uses one of our favorite built-ins: two large white shaker barn-style sliding closet doors on black industrial hardware, flanking a built-in 4-drawer dresser topped with marble-look quartz and a recessed power outlet — a real charging shelf, not an afterthought. Vaulted ceiling, white walls, warm-walnut LVP plank flooring throughout. Second bedroom sized for a guest or office. The bath uses vertically-stacked white large-format tile in the walk-in shower, a glass sliding door, a white shaker vanity with chunky black bar pulls, and a marble-look laminate countertop.
