Same architectural footprint as the rest of the 1,153 family (Canal, Jazz, Frenchman, Puebla, Santiago, McAlister, Carondelet) — but the finish package and built-in detailing put this one in a different visual league.
The visual anchor is a custom built-in media wall: reclaimed-walnut plank panel running floor-to-ceiling behind the TV mounting position, paired with a built-in stained-wood console below featuring multiple open cubby compartments. This is real architectural built-in cabinetry, not a stick-on accent panel — the kind of detail you’d expect on a $400K coastal cottage rather than a $77K manufactured single-wide.
