The Sydney

The Sydney is a 748-square-foot park model — 1 bedroom, 1 bath, ANSI A119.5 certified, road-legal as a recreational vehicle. It's our coastal / Hamptons-style interpretation of the larger park-model platform, and it's the only model in our line built with a true double-door front entry instead of a single door. If you want guests to feel like they're walking into a real beach house, this is the one.

Outside, the Sydney runs horizontal lap siding in light tan/khaki across the body, with darker grey/charcoal trim at the porch ceiling and around the windows. The signature is the wraparound covered porch — front and side both — with black horizontal-cable railing between white posts. The double front doors carry sidelights, so light reaches well into the living room even when both doors are closed. Dual-axle chassis underneath (two visible axle assemblies), which is how the model carries the larger 748-sqft footprint to your site.

Inside, the layout opens into a vaulted-ceiling great room with crown moulding running the perimeter. Acacia-look wide-plank LVP flooring with knotty grain and mixed rust/dark/light tones gives the floor more visual texture than the standard warm-walnut planks we use elsewhere. A navy-blue painted shaker base cabinet sits as a built-in entry console beside the doors — unexpected color note in an otherwise white-walled home. Wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan with light, mini-split AC, framed gallery prints, large abstract nautical art on the back wall, and a rattan pendant lamp on an iron arc floor stand mark the living area.

The kitchen runs white shaker cabinets with a walnut pub-height bar table for casual dining seating instead of a built-in island. The bedroom carries the navy-and-cream story with a built-in white shaker 4-drawer dresser tucked into a corner alcove and a black-iron barn-door sliding closet system. The bath uses a dark-driftwood-look large-format wood-tile shower (ebonized planks under glass), a black/dark-grey shaker vanity, white marble-look laminate top — dark-on-light contrast.
