The Stillwater 571-M-E is a 399-square-foot park model — 1 bedroom, 1 bath, ANSI A119.5 certified, road-legal as a recreational vehicle. Its signature is the front facade: an angled bay corner with a floor-to-ceiling triangular window grouping that pulls daylight into the living room from sunrise through sunset. None of our other 399-sqft units do that — most use square-corner construction. The Stillwater trades a bit of exterior simplicity for a much brighter living room.

Outside, the body is white vertical board-and-batten with cream/tan trim banding around the windows and along the base. The roof is dark-grey standing-seam-look metal with a small shed-dormer above the bay window for added headroom inside.
