The Stealth is the cabin-modern 2-bedroom in our 910-square-foot HUD lineup — designed for buyers who want a distinctive exterior aesthetic, real two-bedroom livability, and off-grid-ready engineering in a single package.

The exterior is genuinely unusual for a manufactured tiny home. The main body wears clean white board-and-batten siding with a barn-red painted accent section at the entry doorway — two-color paint scheme, not a vinyl wrap, applied at the factory. A champagne-toned metal-clad asymmetric shed-style roof tops the unit, sitting low at the back and pitching up over the front entry. White-trimmed windows, white skirting at the foundation, and a side-mounted wood-step entry round out the exterior. It looks like a high-end modern cabin you’d expect to see in a glossy Colorado design magazine, not a factory production build.

Inside, the floor plan keeps things efficient: two real bedrooms with a full bathroom between them, an open kitchen-living-dining zone running through the middle, and intentional design choices throughout to make 910 sq ft live larger. Shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops, vaulted ceiling, wide-plank LVP flooring.

Standard build is off-grid-ready: solar-mount rafter spacing, dedicated 30-amp solar input breaker, propane-line plumbing prep, composting-toilet plumbing options.

The $77,899 base price includes the full home as shown: framing, insulation, exterior finishes, appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and interior finishes. Add-ons such as solar, upgraded finishes, custom layout changes, or transport beyond the free-delivery zone are quoted separately.

How long until delivery?

Typical factory build time is 10-14 weeks. Delivery coordination adds 1-3 weeks depending on your state. Total order-to-move-in is typically 3-5 months.

Can I customize the The Stealth?

Yes. Minor customizations (finishes, appliances, cabinet colors) are standard. Layout changes or major modifications move into our Custom Build program, same factory and same warranty.

What financing is available?
