What makes The Retreat different.

The Retreat is exactly what the name implies — a 1,020-square-foot single-family home built for buyers who want their tiny home to feel like a real spa-retreat property, not a downsized compromise. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, single-wide HUD-code envelope, foundation-ready.

The defining feature is the primary bath. Double-sink white shaker vanity with shared marble-look quartz top. Two stacked framed mirrors mounted on a stained-wood plank accent wall — the kind of detail you'd expect in a custom build, not a manufactured home. Built-in white shelving niche to the side for storage. Oval soaker tub with a marble-look surround under a large bedroom-side window. Cool-gray walls with dark wood trim, recessed lighting, wood-grain LVP floor. The second bath is a comparable full bath. It's the only home in our lineup where the bathroom is the design centerpiece.

The kitchen, living area, and bedrooms support that retreat aesthetic without competing with it: white shaker cabinets in the kitchen, light wood-look LVP throughout, plenty of windows, recessed lighting in every room. Mini-split HVAC plus standard ductwork.

Exterior is a classic single-wide with a small front-gabled covered porch — dark-gray Hardi-style vertical siding, white porch columns and railings, dark gabled metal roof. The proportions work in a rural setting, a small lakeside lot, or a private cabin parcel.

Cabin/solar designation in our internal classification — the Retreat ships solar-panel-mount-ready, with the roof structure pre-engineered for a 4-6kW array, battery-storage closet pre-wired, and composting-toilet plumbing available as an option for off-grid installations. Most of our Western Slope Colorado and rural Texas buyers spec it this way; East Coast buyers usually skip the solar prep and run grid-tie.

The $78,899 base price includes the full home as shown: framing, insulation, exterior finishes, appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and interior finishes. Add-ons such as solar, upgraded finishes, custom layout changes, or transport beyond the free-delivery zone are quoted separately.

How long until delivery?

Typical factory build time is 10-14 weeks. Delivery coordination adds 1-3 weeks depending on your state. Total order-to-move-in is typically 3-5 months.

Can I customize the The Retreat?

Yes. Minor customizations (finishes, appliances, cabinet colors) are standard. Layout changes or major modifications move into our Custom Build program, same factory and same warranty.
