The Remington is our 880-square-foot 3-bedroom — the most space-efficient 3-bedroom HUD-certified single-wide we ship. If 1,140-1,153 sq ft is more than you need but you still want three real bedrooms (not loft sleeping zones), the Remington is the answer.

The trick is compact, well-proportioned bedrooms with a tightly-edited common area. The primary bedroom sits at one end with a private bath; two smaller bedrooms share the hall bath at the other end; the living-kitchen-dining zone runs through the middle as a single open space. Hallways are kept short to preserve livable square footage — every foot counts at 880 sq ft.

The interior leans traditional American cottage. Warm-toned wide-plank LVP flooring in a red-and-gold wood pattern, walnut-stained shaker base cabinets, beige countertops, white appliances, and a four-seat dining set with traditional spindle-back chairs. The living area shows a brown leather sofa paired with a cinnamon-and-orange floral upholstered armchair, framed metal-tree wall art, and a small writing desk in the corner. Crown moulding wraps the ceiling. Lots of casement windows for natural light.

Build is standard HUD code: R-30 walls, R-49 ceiling, heat-pump HVAC, freeze-resistant plumbing, premium-grade vinyl windows. Two full bathrooms (a real luxury at this footprint).

How long until delivery?

Typical factory build time is 10-14 weeks. Delivery coordination adds 1-3 weeks depending on your state. Total order-to-move-in is typically 3-5 months.

Can I customize the The Remington?
