What makes The McAlister different.

The McAlister is the magazine-modern variant of our 1,153-square-foot 3-bedroom HUD single-wide platform. Same footprint and floor plan as the Canal, Jazz, Frenchman, and San Juan — but the finish package and styling read more like a Pinterest-curated apartment than a manufactured home.

The living room sets the tone. White walls, a charcoal-grey upholstered sofa, two cream upholstered armchairs with grey-and-white striped throws, a white-and-grey diamond-pattern area rug, two round black metal-and-wood side tables, and a contemporary fan-blade ceiling fan with industrial styling. Modern abstract art on the accent wall. Light walnut LVP plank flooring throughout the common areas. Crown moulding wraps the ceilings.

The kitchen carries the same restrained palette: walnut-stained shaker base cabinets, white upper cabinets, white quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and pendant lights with woven-rattan shades over the island. Open shelving on the side wall (a current design trend done right) holds curated pottery and a coffee station rather than visible clutter.

Three bedrooms in the standard linear layout — primary suite at one end with private bath, two smaller bedrooms sharing the hall bath at the other end. All bedrooms have natural light from casement windows and reach-in closets.

How long until delivery?

Typical factory build time is 10-14 weeks. Delivery coordination adds 1-3 weeks depending on your state. Total order-to-move-in is typically 3-5 months.

Can I customize the The McAlister?

Yes. Minor customizations (finishes, appliances, cabinet colors) are standard. Layout changes or major modifications move into our Custom Build program, same factory and same warranty.
