The Lagoon is the wraparound-porch park model in our 443-square-foot lineup — one of the few production park-model RVs designed around an extended outdoor living area instead of just an enclosed footprint.
The exterior leans architectural-cabin: navy-blue board-and-batten siding on the lower half of the unit, crisp white horizontal plank above, white square columns supporting the wraparound covered porch, cable-rail black metal railings, and a peaked composite roof line. The porch carries actual outdoor seating (bistro chairs, a side table), a flagstone path leading to the front entry, and native landscaping in the surrounding placement — the design philosophy is to extend the 443 sq ft of interior space outward by 200+ sq ft of usable porch.
Inside, the layout dedicates real square footage to the primary bedroom + en-suite bath at one end, an open-plan kitchen and living area in the middle, and the wraparound-porch glass doors as the focal point pulling the indoor space toward the outdoors.
