The Hudson is the bright, family-modern 3-bedroom in our 1,140-square-foot HUD platform. Three real bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an interior staged to feel like a curated mid-century-modern apartment without any of the typical manufactured-home aesthetic shortcuts.
The kitchen-living zone is the visual showpiece. Light grey walls with white shaker upper cabinets sitting above a dark-walnut-stained island base — a high-contrast pairing that immediately reads architectural. Granite-look countertops with stainless French-door fridge, brushed-stainless cabinet pulls, and an open white shelving unit beside the kitchen displaying greenery and books. Eames-style white molded-plastic dining chairs surround a white tulip-base round dining table by a window.
In the living area: two cinnabar/orange upholstered accent chairs serve as the color punch against a soft grey sofa and a beige knit ottoman.
