Inside, the floor plan keeps things efficient. The living room sits at the entry end; the kitchen and dining occupy the middle of the home with an L-shaped layout; the two bedrooms branch off the rear with the single full bathroom between them. The primary bedroom is sized for a queen bed with side tables and reach-in closet. The secondary bedroom works as a true bedroom, an office, or a nursery depending on life stage.

How long until delivery?

Typical factory build time is 10-14 weeks. Delivery coordination adds 1-3 weeks depending on your state. Total order-to-move-in is typically 3-5 months.

Can I customize the The Delight?

Yes. Minor customizations (finishes, appliances, cabinet colors) are standard. Layout changes or major modifications move into our Custom Build program, same factory and same warranty.
