The result reads more residential than typical park-model RVs.

Outside, the body splits between dark-grey board-and-batten siding on the bedroom end and white horizontal lap on the gable end, with a covered white front porch carrying a shaker-style triangular truss accent. Modern black horizontal-cable railing between white posts. White front door with sidelight transom. Substantial landscaping on display — concrete steps with railings, manicured shrubs, and grass surround. The mixed-material exterior is a step up from single-color park-model siding.

Inside, the living room sits behind a French-door style entry with a sidelight.
