What makes The Burton different.

The Burton is a 399-square-foot park model — 1 bedroom, 1 bath, ANSI A119.5 certified, road-legal as a recreational vehicle. It's the classic cottage face of our 399-sqft platform, the one we ship most often to buyers who want a tiny home that looks like a tiny home rather than a modern box.

From the curb, the Burton reads warm. Cream-tone vertical board-and-batten siding, white-painted trim, a peaked porch gable supported by chunky square columns, and black wrought-iron railings on a covered front porch with wood-deck flooring. The front door is full-light glass with a transom above. Brick walkway, real landscape beds — this is the model we keep in our display row because it photographs well and it sets the right first impression for clients touring the lot.

Inside, the vault carries the whole length of the home. White shaker upper cabinets pair with light-grey shaker lowers, a stainless undermount double-bowl sink, marble-pattern countertops, and a full-size stainless side-by-side fridge — the kitchen doesn't read "compact" the way most 399-sqft units do. The living room is anchored by an electric fireplace insert built directly into the wall (no surface unit eating floor space) under a row of transom windows that pull light through the high side of the cathedral ceiling. A small round bistro table tucks against the window wall for two-seat dining without committing to a full table footprint.

The bedroom continues the vault: dormer-style high windows on three sides, light-blue walls, room for a queen bed plus a reading chair, and recessed lighting throughout. The bath has a framed glass shower enclosure, a vanity that matches the kitchen's grey-and-marble palette, and recessed lighting overhead. Wood-look luxury vinyl plank runs through the entire interior — no carpet to maintain.

How long until delivery?

Typical factory build time is 10-14 weeks. Delivery coordination adds 1-3 weeks depending on your state. Total order-to-move-in is typically 3-5 months.
