The Bliss is a 765-square-foot park model — 2 bedroom, 1 bath, ANSI A119.5 certified, road-legal as a recreational vehicle. It's the unit we recommend for couples who want a guest room, parents who want a kid's room, or buyers using the home as a vacation rental who need a real second sleeping space rather than a sofa-pull-out. Among park-model RVs, 2BR is uncommon — most max out at one bedroom plus a loft. The Bliss puts two true bedrooms on the main floor.
The exterior carries the same horizontal-lap-siding park-model profile most buyers expect, with a covered front entry, cream-tone main body, and dark accent trim. Inside, the Bliss ships in two staging packages: a warm-wood package (dark walnut shaker cabinets, faux-granite countertops in beige-and-grey, multi-color southwestern area rug, brown microfiber sofa, dark-walnut vanity with copper-rimmed mirror) and an all-white package (white shaker cabinets with black hardware, dark-grey range-wall accent, white quartz counters, black side-by-side fridge, ceiling fan). Both packages share the same architecture: a traditional crown-moulding band running the perimeter of the ceiling, vaulted center, and an open kitchen-living-dining great room across the front of the home.
The kitchen sits along one wall with a peninsula bar dividing it from the dining space. Stainless or black appliance package depending on staging. A small breakfast nook holds a modern white pedestal table with four chairs near the window wall.
