What makes The Black Casablanca different.

The Black Casablanca is an 850-square-foot single-family manufactured home — 2 bedroom, 1 bath, built to HUD code, designed for foundation installation. It's the dark-trim, dark-accent version of our Casablanca floor plan (the white-trim sibling is The White Casablanca). Same architecture, same built-in storage, opposite color story.

Outside, the Black Casablanca runs light-grey vertical board-and-batten siding with charcoal-black trim at the porch columns, gable, and window surrounds. The peaked covered porch carries a dark wood-stained timber-truss accent in the gable — real depth, not painted-on detail. Black horizontal-cable railing between black posts on the front porch. White front door with substantial transom window beside it. Raised on cinder-block piers with a single black-metal handrail on the entry steps. The dark accents against the light grey body are the reason this version is named Black.

Inside, the living-room ceiling vaults with a single exposed beam painted black running the length of the room — a strong architectural line you don't see in most manufactured homes. Wide-plank wood-look LVP in warm walnut, a row of windows with transoms above on the long wall, dark-brown leather club chair, grey upholstered sectional, vintage-style Moroccan rug, and black accent details on the coffee table and barstools.

The kitchen is the heart of the design. White shaker upper cabinets and matte-black shaker base cabinets in deliberate contrast, white quartz countertops with grey veining, a stainless apron-front farmhouse sink, white subway-tile backsplash with a single horizontal black-tile accent stripe, black side-by-side fridge with water dispenser, black smooth-top range, black dishwasher. The peninsula island carries the black base cabinets through, topped in matching white quartz, with industrial-style black-metal counter stools.

Two bedrooms branch off the main hall — both with vaulted ceilings and natural-wood-look LVP — and the bath carries a white spa palette with a large-format marble-look shower, dark-grey laminate counter, and chunky black bar pulls on the vanity.
