The Alamo 1423 is the single-wide entry into our HUD-certified manufactured home lineup — 660 square feet of 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom single-section construction that lives somewhere between a premium park model and an entry manufactured home.
The exterior makes the statement. White horizontal lap siding wraps the body of the home with crisp dark-charcoal trim (window frames, fascia, columns) creating a high-contrast palette that reads modern-farmhouse without trying too hard. A full-width covered front porch runs across the front face with white deck flooring, white-painted square posts, and white horizontal-rail railings. Peaked metal-clad roof, single front door with a sidelight, and an oversize-permit transport chassis underneath everything. Set on cinder-block piers after delivery.
